Key Lime Coconut Smoothie

Is it a food or a drink?
A cross between a Coconut Mojito and Key lime pie, this anytime smoothie makes a great breakfast drink or sweet afternoon treat.
Be adventurous and sprinkle some shredded coconut on top!
Serves 2 (serving size: 3/4 cup)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 (6-ounce) carton Key lime fat-free yogurt, frozen
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- Add yogurt; process until smooth.
- Remove center piece of blender lid; secure lid on blender.
- With blender on, drop ice cubes, 1 at a time, through center of blender lid; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
